Flexible rate reservations are pre-paid in full and subject to a sliding scale of cancellation charges as follows:
o cancelled over 30 days before arrival – full refund
o cancelled over 14 days before arrival – 50% refund
o cancelled within 14 days of arrival – no refund
Advance Purchase rate reservations are charged a non-refundable 100% of the stay deposit at the time of the booking.
