Please note that we do have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights for weekends, holidays, and special events. Reservations for a single night are sometime available. Please call us for any one-night availabilities. Note also that we rarely have any openings for a single night stay on a Saturday.
Please also note that during Jan., Feb., March, and April, our busiest and most popular months, we may increase our minimum stay to avoid being left with an “orphan” room (that is, a room open for one night only). We thank you for your understanding.
For bookings of 2 – 6 nights, you will be asked to “agree” with our cancellation policy. By “agreeing” we will not charge an initial deposit, but hold you liable for the charge of 50% of the entire reservation if you cancel less then four weeks prior to check in date.
Check-in time is between 3PM and 9PM. Later arrivals can only be arranged with prior notice. Check-out time is 11AM. If you arrive early, please visit the Chamber of Commerce where you will find knowledgeable staff to assist you with maps and information or one of our many fine restaurants for lunch.
We regret that we cannot usually accommodate pets, and children under 16 years only rarely.

The balance is due at time of arrival
Please be sure of your plans before reserving! As a small inn dealing almost exclusively with advance reservations, all date changes and cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we require a 30 day advanced notice for reservations, including a change of dates, change in number of nights, or cancellation. Thirty day advance notice of cancellation required for all reservations. Provided this notice is given, we will refund your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee per room. Without this notice deposits are not refunded. The only exception will occur if we are able to re-rent the room(s) to fill the entire original booking, at which time we will make the same refund as described above.
