At the time of booking, 50% of the total accommodation amount will be taken as a deposit with the following refund policy:
- If a booking is cancelled more than one week in advance, a full refund will be made.
- If a booking is cancelled within on week but more than three days prior to arrival, a 10% admin fee will be charged on the returned deposit.
- If a booking is cancelled less than three days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
