The Ardmullen properties are generously proportioned two-storey homes which boast 3 spacious bedrooms (1 master en-suite, 1 double, 1 twin), comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Further accommodation includes a lounge with open fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area. Cancellation Charges

O'Donnabhains's Guesthouse: 4 days prior to arrival no charge, 4-2 days prior to arrival 1 night charge, 2-1 day prior to arrival 2 nights charge. No-show: 100% charge of the reservation amount.

For Self Catering Holiday Homes & Apartments: the booking deposit is non-refundable. 6 weeks before date of arrival 100% of entire stay will be charged. Once the final payment is made there will be no refunds.

Extra Charges for the Holiday Homes & Apartments
Utilities are extra, these are metered, so you pay the market supply rate for the utility you use, and you only pay for what you use, as the Electricity and Heating are metered, Oil is 0.95 Euros / Litre, and Electricty is 0.25 Euros / Kilowat.

A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all reservations.

PAYMENT FOR O'DONNABHAINS'S GUESTHOUSE will be made directly on arrival to O'Donnabhains's.

PAYMENT FOR HOLIDAY HOMES will require a non-refundable deposit of %25 to secure your booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
