Apartment Location
Not all our apartments are located opposite St Giles Cathedral. Please check the apartment address, in the apartment description, prior to booking.

Access Requirements
Please note that not all our apartments are located on the ground floor. Should you have any access requirements please contact our reception team as soon as possible so we can ensure you are allocated the most suitable apartment available.

Check-In
Check-In is from 3pm on the day of arrival. To check-in you must bring the bank card used to make the booking along with photographic ID; either a passport, driving license or national identity card. If you require a late check-in after 7pm this information must be received by email prior to the apartment keys being issued. If you are unable to provide the card and valid photo ID we will not be able to issue the apartment keys.

Please note that if someone else is collecting the keys you must contact our reception prior to arrival for this to be arranged. In this instance, we must receive a copy of the card used to make the booking along with corresponding photo ID. We will also require additional photo ID from the person collecting the keys and a £50 deposit per night via chip and pin will be applicable

Late Check-Out
Check-out is 11am. A Late checkout can be arranged at a cost of £10 per hour, with the latest checkout time at 13.00 hrs. This must be arranged in advance and cannot be arranged on the morning of check-out.

Parking
If you are driving to Edinburgh please contact our reception team who will be happy to advise you on the closest parking options.

Pets
We do not allow pets in our apartments aside from assistance dogs. If you are bringing an assistance animal you must arrange this in advance with our reception team and a security deposit will be required.

Smoking Policy
All our apartments are strictly non-smoking.

Luggage Storage
You can store your luggage in our office between 9.30am (10am on Sundays) until 6.30pm each night.

Conditions of use
1.The Tenant warrants that the subjects let are to be used for the purposes of a holiday and so accepts that the letting is a holiday let to which Section 12(2) and paragraph 8 to Schedule 4 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988 apply, namely, "a tenancy the purpose of which is to confer on the tenant the right to occupy the house for a holiday." 2. The Tenant shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof. 3. The number of people occupying the premises shall not exceed the number stated for the premises. 4. The Tenant binds and obliges himself to vacate the hired premises without demand at the termination of the period of hire. 5. The Tenant binds and obliges himself to pay to the lessor in respect of any loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear. 6. The Lessor may treat the booking as cancelled if the balance of the payment is not sent by the date agreed in the booking agreement, and every effort will be made to re-let the vacancy. 7. The Hirer undertakes to leave the hired premises secure if left unoccupied during the period of let and do nothing else which might vitiate the Landlord's Insurance Policy. 8. The Hirer undertakes to relieve the lessor from any liability for damage of injury however caused by any member of his party. 9. The Lessor, his agents or employees, accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any member of the Hirer's party or their property, howsoever caused, arising in any manner out of the let of the premises. 10. The Hirer shall, at all times keep the hired premises in a clean and tidy condition. 11. Should the property be left in a less than satisfactory condition we reserve the right to levy a fee for cleaning of a minimum of £60.00. 12. All apartments are non-smoking and should we have to carry out a deep clean because a guest has been smoking within one of our apartments we will charge a fee of £60.00 for this. 13. The Hirer shall undertake to prevent any member of his party from causing a nuisance or disturbance to other residents or occupiers in the neighbourhood. In the event of a problem arising, the Landlord has the right to ask the Tenant to leave. 14. Should our staff have to visit the property after office hours due to a loss of apartment keys, a noise complaint against you or any other issue resulting from your disregard for our property or neighbours, there will a minimum charge of £100.
