Terms & Conditions
For bookings of less than five rooms, payment must be made in full on departure.
Payment for group bookings (booking of five or more rooms) must be made in full two weeks before arrival. If payment is not received on time the hotel reserves the right (in its absolute discretion) to cancel the booking.
If you do not cancel a booking as set out below, the hotel may charge you for a no show. No shows will be charged the first nights room rate in full.
For all bookings of fewer than 5 rooms all cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours before 6pm on the date of arrival to avoid a no show charge. Any bookings cancelled after 6pm on the day before arrival will be treated as a no show.
Specific cancellation policies may apply to special events and peak dates that override the general policy. These will be advised on confirmation of your booking.
We will not be liable to you for any losses or costs you incur because we cancel your booking in accordance with these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not exclude or limit any liability that we may have for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
All group bookings (booking of five or more rooms) will be held provisionally for 28 days. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking (in its absolute discretion) if:
• The booking may (in the hotel’s opinion) prejudice the reputation of the hotel
• The hotel becomes aware of any alteration to a guest’s financial situation
Any amendments to numbers and or arrangements must be advised to the hotel in writing as soon as possible. At least fourteen days before arrival the guest is to provide the hotel with final numbers, and if possible a rooming list, and timings.
You will be liable for any damage you cause to our rooms, and we will charge you for all costs to remedy any such damage. We will try to ensure that we remedy any damage in a cost effective way, but we cannot guarantee this – for example, where damage needs to be repaired in an emergency or during unsociable hours or over a holiday period.
